Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders for delivery on a next working day basis provided the order has been received prior to 2pm. (Next working day is not guaranteed and is not available to all post code areas. Please see our delivery page for further details) Orders under approx 150Kg will as standard be dispatched using our courier www.ups.com larger orders may be despatched using Pallet Force on a 24/48 hour service.

European orders are delivered using FedEx, delivery times vary but are usually approx 24/48 Hours. All deliveries outside mainland UK are chargeable.

Deliveries to Russia are subject to a surcharge if outside St Petersburg.

PLEASE NOTE: All our deliveries do require a signature, unless using Royal Mail Non Tracked Service, so if you are not going to be in to sign for your goods, please indicate special delivery instructions in box provided at checkout.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to weather conditions, product availability and service restrictions from Couriers. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries.

Delivery service excludes Saturdays and Sundays although this can be arranged at extra cost - please call to arrange.

* Free Delivery on Items that feature "Free Delivery" is only valid for mainland UK Delivery.

Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods must be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. Claims out with this timescale will not be considered.

Any damages or shortages to packages must be reported immediately and signed for as damaged with courier.

Warranty
All our products are covered by a minimum of one years return to base warranty and many commercial machines have a two year Limited Warranty.

Refunds
Refunds will be given at the company's discretion and are subject to a service charge.

All purchases of professional catering equipment will be deemed as business to business transactions and as such will not be covered by consumer distance selling rights.

Compensation and Liability
World Wide Warehouse Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the failure or loss associated with the use or hire of products supplied by Chocolate Fountain Warehouse.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
