As established "fountaineers" we have provided chocolate fountains to thousands of customers all over Europe, and in doing so understand exactly what is required to have a successful Chocolate Fountain Experience.

DELIVERY TERMS*
FREE Delivery on orders with value of £200 or greater within the UK.
We aim to despatch all orders for delivery on a next working day basis provided the order has been received prior to 2pm. Orders under 100Kg will be dispatched using our courier www.city-link.co.uk orders over 100Kg will usually be despatched using Pallet Force.
European orders are delivered using FedEx, delivery times vary but are usually approx 24/48 Hours.
PLEASE NOTE: All our deliveries do require a signiture, so if you are not going to be in to sign for your goods, please indicate special delivery instructions in box provided at checkout.
Delivery service excludes Saturdays and Sundays although this can be arranged at extra cost - please call to arrange.

Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods must be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. Claims out with this timescale will not be considered.
Any damages to packages must be reported immediately and signed for as damaged with courier.
Warranty
All our products are covered by a minimum of one years return to base warranty and many commercial machines have a two year Limited Warranty.
Refunds
Refunds will be given at the company's discretion and are subject to a service charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Compensation and Liability
World Wide Warehouse Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the failure or loss associated with the use or hire of products supplied by Chocolate Fountain Warehouse.
